Well, sometimes the grass is not greener on the other side. Maybe most of the time lol.
The deal with 75 Lacey had fell through. It came down to a zoning restriction problem that wouldn’t allow our mode of business to operate. Despite this, I am thankful for all parties involved and being understanding with having to end the lease before it really started.
So, yes, we will be at 511 Dover for the foreseeable future. The landlord here is amazing and trust me, if he had larger spaces available, I would take them in a heartbeat.
We have four more 3d printers headed in this direction, so trust me, we have to think fast on what is going to happen with them. I promised doubled 3d printing capacity. However, I need to determine how they fit in the immediate scenario. If they sit around, despite Elegoo being one of the most awesome 3d printer companies out there, a 3d printer sitting around means a 3d printer that isn’t making items to sell.
Secondly, I am temporarily leaving the vintage watch space, to focus on 3d printing and scaling up TTS Atelier, the in house watch strap/band brand. I am deciding to not only sell the straps on this website, however also working with a few retailers in the tri-state to retail them as well, brick and mortar and online.
I will be back to selling watches at a future date TBD. I will be having one of our last whatnot auctions selling junk, projects and parts on Monday, May 18th. A lot of vintage pieces, if you would like to get into watch repair and not spend a lot of money on project pieces to learn.
Again, a lot of immediate swift changes within the organization, this is how reality is. Sometimes you are the fly, sometime the windshield. However, TTS will survive and do better after all of this.
Love you all,
Tommy
